I'm an Engineering & Delivery Manager with 9+ years of experience leading cross-functional software and IT Automation & DevOps teams.

My focus is on building high-performing engineering culture, scaling automation, and improving delivery speed and reliability across distributed systems.

One of my key achievements was leading a team that built an Internal Developer Platform — a self-service ecosystem that enables engineers across the company to perform routine development and deployment tasks several times faster, while significantly reducing operational costs.
